In all of these boxes I've tried unzipping the contents of the directories:

eset_trial_reset.8
eset_trial_reset.9

eset_trial_reset.14
eset_trial_reset.15
eset_trial_reset.16
eset_trial_reset.17
eset_trial_reset.18
eset_trial_reset.19
eset_trial_reset.20
In all of the files I get something similar to the following error:
Failed to open folder "Eset Nod32 - Fixv1.8"
No files were found.
If you continue to troubleshoot this issue, only restore the configuration in which you last successfully used the program.
I've reinstalled the entire program, but the same thing keeps happening.
A:
I've seen this issue happen to a number of people in the past where the installer might be using corrupted or corrupted settings.
Run the program in Safe Mode.
Download the program again and install, however this time allow the installer to overwrite the old settings and run as administrator.
